Magnolia's "Dare to Dream Biewers, herein after referred to as Magnolia's, and, herein after referred to as Buyer; In consideration of monies paid by Buyer to Magnolia's and the terms and conditions set forth below by which both parties intend to be legally bound, the puppy identified as follows is conditionally sold by Magnolia's to Buyer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Puppy may be returned for any reason within 10 days for full cash refund (provided puppy has not been injured in any way). Puppy is guaranteed to be free of disease and without known congenital defects at the time of sale. If puppy develops a congenitally related health problem within one year and is certified through physical examination to have a defect which adversely affects the animal, seller may exercise one of the following options; (1) Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value; OR (2) Retain the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fee, not exceeding the purchase price. Magnolia's reserves the right to conduct a veterinary examination by Magnolia's choice of veterinarian at Magnolia's expense before disbursement of any funds. Travel expenses incurred to facilitate this examination will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Failure to notify the seller within 2 business days of veterinarian’s certification of illness will result in forfeiture of rights. Guarantee becomes null and void if …

  • 1. All vaccinations are not kept up to date and the dog kept on heartworm preventative, as per vets instruction.
  • 2. Proper veterinary care is not given immediately.
  • 3. Breeders instructions for care and feeding are not followed.
  • 4. Puppy must be kept in buyer’s home as an integral member of the family.
  • 5. Puppy may not be bred without Magnolia's written consent. If this should occur Magnolia's reserves the right to have the puppy returned at Buyer's expense and Buyer will forfeit any right to the said puppy or any refund of the purchase price.
  • 6. The Buyer agrees to notify the seller every 3 months of the puppies progress. Once the puppy reaches 1 year of age the Buyer will send updated pictures and veterinarian records to Magnolia's. If at anytime a medical condition should occur of any kind the Buyer will notify the seller immediately.
  • 7. If the buyer should move they are to notify the seller of their new address within 30 days of moving.

If Buyer shall be unable to properly care for puppy or decides to give up puppy for any reason, Buyer shall return puppy to Magnolia's. In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death; a statement from a veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before any action will be taken by breeder. If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanised without Magnolia's consent. Breeder will not be responsible for normal vet bills incurred. Three generation pedigree showing German lineage will be given to Buyer and DHS and/or a BNR pedigree for limited registration will be given to Buyer upon Magnolia's receipt of Spay/ Neuter certification. Signatures on this contract make this contract legal and binding.
